Purchase Warrants

Each product is accompanied by the following information:

  • Item name;
  • Picture/s of the item;
  • Item description;
  • Sizes and colors available;
  • Composition;
  • Washing Instructions;
  • Price in euros.

We have made an effort to show the colors of the garments closest to reality as possible. Nevertheless, the color of the clothes on the screen may be subject to variation depending on the quality of your computer monitor. In this sense Nine Clothing can not guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor accurately reflect reality.


Purchase procedure

The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.

The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, the name, the size, the chosen color, and the price in euros (tax included). ATTENTION: The expenses and transportation are added to the end of the order depending on the shipping destination country.

The order form will request personal data that will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and facilitate the construction of new shopping NINE CLOTHING. Similarly, you can access your personal data and information for all your orders. Remember that personal details must be accurate to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipping item/s purchased. In addition, if so requested, you will receive by mail and/or SMS information and publications on NINE CLOTHING.

Nine Clothing does not allow the purchase of NINE CLOTHING products for resale. Here, shopping containing more than 3 items of the same model may not be performed.

Transport

Transporting items purchased at NINE CLOTHING is done through Chrono Express and will be delivered within approximately 2-5 business days.

To avoid delivery problems (incorrect addresses, inability to find someone at home etc.), you must successfully complete the corresponding form, and it is advisable to fill the box relating to your contact phone.

Shipping costs will be 5 euros for Spain and Portugal and 23 euros for the rest of the world.

Changes and/or return policy for the European Union

So, Nine Clothing can not accept returns of items damaged, used or without original packaging as long as it is not a tare. The change in size or return for refund of purchased product may be made by regular mail. All returns must be made in original packaging and with the return form duly completed.

Upon receipt the products, Nine Clothing verify that they are in good condition and shall send the size required if reimbursement is sought for exchange or will request to the relevant Credit Institution to proceed to back the charge of used credit card if it has been requested for the return refund. Shipping costs of the products that you wish to exchange or return by post or courier will be borne by the customer and in no case Nine Clothing accept returns sent freight.

For returns made by post, please send by certified mail or with return receipt.

Shipping costs of the products that you wish to exchange or return shall be paid by the customer and under no circumstances Nine Clothing accept returns sent postage due.

Nine Clothing server location. Law and jurisdiction

The server of this site is located in Spain. These conditions of purchase are subject to Spanish legislation, therefore, sales operations shall be supposed at the home of Nine Clothing. Any dispute between the parties to this contract, the jurisdiction shall be applicable in each case.

Right of withdrawal

According Regulatory Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 7 working days (from the date of receipt) to exercise the right of withdrawal of your order in NINE CLOTHING.
