Items must be returned within 14 days for spanish customers and a 30 day returns policy for International customers of receipt for a refund.

Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Clothings not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer. Items which smell of perfume/deodorant or have makeup or tanning marks will not be accepted, so please take care when trying on your clothes. All returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Nine Clothing reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Nine Clothing will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Nine Clothing. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that the payment had originally come from.

Returns must be accompanied by your Tax Invoice sent to your nominated email address. If you are unable to locate your Tax Invoice, please ensure that you enclose your name, address, phone number, order number and return details in the parcel. If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return.

All orders should be returned to the address below. If you require a street address please use the contact form to request. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our office. We will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in the mail.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team using the contact form and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of the wrong or faulty item.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.


If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order before your item is out of stock, and return the first order in perfect conditions, as described above for a refund.

Faulty items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a refund.

If you believe your garment has a fault, please contact us using the contact form with a description of the garment and of the fault.

Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached. In the case of a faulty garment we must be notified at Nine Clothing within 3 days of receipt.
